Secondary Market Valuation and Institutional Backing

AI voice platform ElevenLabs has reached a $22 billion valuation following the completion of a $300 million employee tender offer. The secondary share sale allowed current staff and early equity holders to liquidate shares without diluting primary equity. Co-led by asset management firms Wellington Management and T. Rowe Price, the transaction also drew participation from high-profile institutional investors, including Goldman Sachs, EQT, GIC, and Lightspeed.

The liquidity event represents a doubling of the company's private market valuation in just seven months, up from $11 billion during its previous funding milestone. The rapid escalation underscores shifting institutional investor focus toward enterprise-grade conversational audio tools capable of handling complex operational tasks.

Surge in Enterprise Adoption and Revenue Metrics

The valuation increase corresponds with a significant operational expansion across business sectors. Corporate enterprise accounts now generate 55 per cent of ElevenLabs' total revenue, marking a transition away from consumer content creation toward core enterprise software integration.

Central to this growth is the deployment of ElevenAgents, the company's autonomous conversational voice agent platform. Operational metrics indicate that ElevenAgents currently manages over 15 million automated weekly interactions—a threefold increase since early 2026. Enterprise clients across telecommunications, banking, and insurance are increasingly deploying these voice agents to automate frontline support, booking systems, and customer service workflows.

Commercial Expansion and Technical Ecosystem

Alongside the secondary share transaction, ElevenLabs continues to expand its underlying voice synthesis infrastructure to maintain low-latency agent responses. Major global enterprises across technology and telecommunications have integrated ElevenLabs' API endpoints directly into existing customer relationship management software and voice channels.

By pairing high-throughput speech synthesis with domain-specific knowledge integration, the platform competes directly with legacy call center infrastructure providers.
